We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate registrations and partnership requests, and get in touch about the We Present programme. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Who Receives Your Information
Submissions are received by the COATI Global Sales Agency team responsible for the We Present programme. Per-hotel inquiries are also shared with the relevant resort partner so they can respond to your request.
Data Retention

Uploaded Files
Files you upload are stored securely and are accessible only to the COATI Global Sales Agency team reviewing your submission. We do not publish uploaded files.

This site does not currently set non-essential cookies or run analytics. When analytics tools such as Yandex.Metrica or Google Analytics are added, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent notice will be shown before any non-essential cookie is set.
Maps
Our Contact page can show a Yandex Maps view of each of our offices. The map is not loaded when the page opens: it loads only if you select Show map, and until you do, no request is made to Yandex and no third-party cookie is set. Once you load a map, Yandex receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, governed by Yandex's own privacy policy rather than this one.
