Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking “I give my consent to the processing of my personal data” and sending a form on wepresent.org, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to PAY WAY LLC (OGRN 1147746143016, INN 7705553166, address: 1 Dmitrovsky proezd, apt. 381, Timiryazevsky municipal district, Moscow 127422, Russia) (the Operator) to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. What data
First and last name; agency or company name; phone number; email address; company website; the text of my message; information in the files I upload (agency sales statistics, business card, hotel materials).
2. For what purpose
To review my application for a We Present programme, my partnership request, message or hotel inquiry, and to contact me about it.
3. Operations and methods
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, both with and without automated means. No dissemination and no transfer outside the Russian Federation.
4. Term
This consent is valid for 3 (three) years from the date the form is sent, or until I withdraw it, if earlier.
5. How to withdraw consent
I may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to office@wepresent.org or to the Operator's address. The Operator then stops processing and destroys my data within 30 days unless it has another lawful basis for processing.
